"We loved this hotel. We picked it for the view of Fuji and it did not disappoint once the clouds had cleared. The hotel itself is clean, the rooms are a reasonable size, the facilities are good and the breakfast is very good with plenty of variety (even for my wife who is vegan). We used the private sauna / Onsen facilities every day. (you cannot use the public Onsen / Sauna facilities if you have tattoos). we walked a lot locally and ran 5 - 10km every morning on the lakeside which was very nice. My only complaint which isn't a deal breaker is that there are no laundry facilities. As I try to travel light when travelling across a country for a long period of time, I rely on laundry facilities a lot. As this was our last stop before flying home, it wasn't too much of an issue. Would I book again? YES - WITHOUT DOUBT. Oh...and free wine between 3pm and 7pm."
