"Old motel was revitalized for today’s travelers on a budget. It’s on a busy road so we did have road noise, but it had all the essentials of a cabin-style stay. We walked next door to the speakeasy Irish pub for dinner and a drink and an awesome piece of chocolate cake before calling it a day. Friendly owners run the whole property."

"Give this poor reviews, first ever happened to me as a hiker traveler nearby at Paradise Mt Rainier, not that even cheap place, this is insane when there is 3 people in a group,the hot water was gone for just one people who showered then you have to wait another 30mins again just to have another warm water👀."

"If your top priority is a convenient stay right next to the park entrance, this is it! Otherwise, don’t have your hopes up for much else. The beds weren’t comfy, and the place was pretty run down. Our fridge was leaking really badly when we got there, I’m shocked staff didn’t catch it."

"We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Cowlitz! The rooms were nice, clean and spacious. And the staff was wonderful and welcoming! Special mention for Aaron who was very friendly, helpful and immediately took care of any issues or questions we had!
