"The staff that I encountered at the desk and bar were wonderful. The location was nice. However whoever owns the property needs to address maintenance, cleaning and the issue of an overpowering signature scent that is used in the property. I’m not a picky traveler or especially sensitive to smells but had to open the window to get fresh air. If the windows weren’t operable I would have had to move to another hotel."

"The staff was very helpful. The rooms and overall hotel were incredibly clean. The breakfast buffet every day is fantastic with something for every culinary taste. It is located close to excellent a major shopping center. It is, however, missing bigger tables in the rooms (I could barely place my laptop on the small table), phones, and, perhaps minor to European travelers, no access to any sort of ice machine."

"Overall experience is positive. There could be room for improvement. First, drinking water tap is located in the dinning room, which is closed except breakfast time. It would be more convenient if it were relocated to the reception desk. Second, detached bathroom is not a problem but my shower so happened to have a problem. It was late at night. I had lost my own charger on the layover in Amsterdam, and both my iPhone and computer died shortly after arriving at the hotel. "Had a very pleasant experience. Staff were very attentive and helpful. No ask was too big or small and I felt very at home. The pastries at breakfast were magnificent, best croissants I’ve ever had! Only drawback is having to pay to access the pool which is housed within the spa. Should always be included in a property of that calibre but overall, an excellent hotel!"

Sadly there was no desk in the room as it was quite small and there were no real facilities to work from when downstairs (there is a restaurant on the ground floor).
