"One night stay, a basic room but clean and quiet."

"The room was fairly clean but the fridge was dirty and the ice had not been dumped out for awhile bcuz it was yellow and had food in it and freezer was dirty as well. Shower curtain was moldy at the bottom and the toilet kept running and the exhaust fan would not turn off. Not what I expect for a Homewood suits"

The night staff person was very cordial but said that there were no king suites available. What is the purpose of reserving a particular type of room only to find out that none is available? "Room was incredibly spacious and the cleanest I've ever had. The staff was helpful 24 hrs a day and the breakfast buffet was really good! Kids played hard in the pool. We really enjoyed the convenience of the full fridge/freezer, sink and dishwasher. With 3 kids, we had snacks and bottles to keep and it was a huge relief not having to worry about anything. They had it covered. "

"I was very pleased somewhat with the cleanness of the room. However, only place that annoyed me I noticed the television screen needed to be clean and the pictures on the wall. I also had an issue in the shower where the water actually floated from the floor of the shower underneath of the block scrip on the floor into the middle of the floor in the bathroom but a pipe was there in case of flooding. We had to put down towels to absorbed it."

The towels were small and thin the light fixtures and TV were extremely outdated, but we were comfortable. The microwave worked, but the turntable inside didn’t match the microwave. It had a weird smell throughout the hotel."
