"The water pressure was terrible. Shower curtain was not long enough so water got all over the floor. The lights were not all working. These seem small and it was only overnight, I’ll make sure to choose a different location in the future."

"There was no laundry bag. There was a power out for a little while probably that is because for the storm. At one point we were trapped at the lift until I pushed the open doors, and the rear doors were open. The price is high and I wish I can talk/book via person (hotel's customer service) on the phone (not online stuff) and third party!!"

"The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. However, We expected a Marriott property to be better maintained. The kitchen cabinet was precariously hanging on the wall, almost falling off! This looked quite dangerous and we were scared to reach in for any dishes. The sofa cushions were old and sank down, making it difficult to sit. The bed was so old and the mattress sank down so much that we were both very stiff when we got up! "To much noise at night"

"The staff very helpful. It was a family vacation staying for three nights and requesting three separate rooms. Though there was a convention with many people staying at the hotel, the front desk staff was able to accommodate my family and switch the rooms to have us all on the same floor. The rooms were very clean and beds were pretty comfortable. The food at the restaurant in the hotel was good, reasonable prices. "Room was filthy, and bathroom had pink mold all over the shower. Food stains on the walls and even provided a complimentary broken chair"

"Upon arrival I discovered I was moved to a no show list and charged a penalty fee. And, no one was present at the front desk to attend. So I had to leave and stay at Hoomwood Suits. Don’t go unless extreme necessity!!"
