"Comfortable stay , nice pool area."

"Our room was quiet and kept clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was varied the 6 days we stayed there and presented attractively. My only complaints were no grab bars in the shower and the toilet stool was very low which made it difficult to rise from."

"There was no laundry bag. There was a power out for a little while probably that is because for the storm. At one point we were trapped at the lift until I pushed the open doors, and the rear doors were open. The price is high and I wish I can talk/book via person (hotel's customer service) on the phone (not online stuff) and third party!!"

"Clean room. Friendly staff from top to bottom. Breakfast cooked really well. Kitchen in the room was great with a nearly full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, microwave. They even offer giving you a hotplate if you wanted."

"The only chairs in the room were stackable plastic and metal chairs. No other chairs to sit on. The bed was not the normal mattress-gushy or something. The staff was hard to understand. The check out guy wasn't going to give me a receipt - I had to ask and he seemed miffed that he had to do it."

The kitchen cabinet was precariously hanging on the wall, almost falling off! This looked quite dangerous and we were scared to reach in for any dishes. "Our air condintioner didn’t work the front desk clerk Vanessa said she was sorry they were all booked and no other room to move us too. Then she went and got us a fan for our room. Today when we checked out they gave us a 50% refund on our room. Vanessa was very good and went above to help us"
