"Beautiful, large room wtih tasteful, thoughtfully-selected furniture and amenities. Location was excellent for visiting the historic landmarks. Media system in room was problematic and did not work over the 5-night visit. Efforts to fix it were unsuccessful."

"Upon entering, everything was nice and in order. After looking around, we discovered that there was hair in the bathroom and the shower, the floor was dusty, and the linen was not cleaned. There were stains on the down comforter that was provided. The loft was straightened up, not cleaned. It is a service fee which includes cleaning so it is not the customer’s job to clean up before enjoying the place or before leaving. The WiFi was not the best. It kept cutting out on both TV’s. "The rooms were very clean and very spacious. Staff were extremely nice and accommodating to my family. Parking onsite was convenient and the central location made everything even more convenient to either walk places or having the subway station within a block walk to head to the stadium. Because of the central location, never had to move the car. Was perfectly between the Stadium, Fan Fest, and Liberty Bell. Would 100% recommend and stay here again."

"The Alexander Inn was great! The staff's customer service was helpful and very nice! The wine/snack at evening and breakfast was excellent and service was very nice! We really liked the Alexander Inn and hope to be back again. Thank you!!"

"This is a wonderful place to stay for the weekend. We stayed only one night and if needed we could have stayed long. Next time we are in Philly we will absolutely stay there again. It’s no frills but doesn’t need to be!"

"Staff were amazing, the hotel is in a great area. Only downside is they don’t have parking at the hotel you have to get parking off site at the parking garage across the street. Other than that I would stay at the hotel again"

"Great breakfast options and good location. The surrounding street is extremely noisy and the deli across the street gets deliveries every day at 4am and it will wake you up if your room is on the Deli side."
