"Amazing "

"Hotel is within easy reach of Milan centre by train which is a short 5 minute walk to train station. Reception staff were polite, accommodating and very helpful. Breakfast is good and adequate and coffee exceptional. Staff overall were very helpful and attentive to our needs. Parking spaces close to hotel entrance is lacking but available for free. Bathtub showers are not appropriate and are dangerous, especially for the ederly to use. AC works well. Room facilities and bed are good. Daily House...

"Superb staff. They went out of their way to make our stay as great as possible. My family were treated like royalty, and all we did was show up looking really tired after a delay filled 24 hour journey. This human touch was really appreciated by my family.
