"The staff was great and very friendly; however, the room itself was disappointing. We were placed in a handicap-accessible unit with a very small shower and a shower curtain, which was not ideal. The bigger issue was that the shower drain was clogged. Within seconds of turning on the water, there was over an inch of standing water around our ankles. I reported this immediately and was told maintenance would be coming, but from check-in to check-out, no one ever came to address the issue. Additionally, we were charged twice for the room and are still waiting for the second charge to be refunded."

"The woman who checked me in was friendly, accommodating, efficient, and informative. I check in to lots of hotels and she sets the standard for exactly what a business traveler desires for a check in experience. The hotel room and building were perfectly fine. I would surely stay there again."
