Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Our facility had an inaccessible lobby blocked by walls, covered in contractor's plastic sheeting, floor to ceiling; the floor leading to the Front Desk mostly covered with cardboard taped down to protect the floor; the main hall to the first floor rooms with ceiling panels along its entire length missing, revealing plumbing, electrical cables, and new coils of wiring hanging down into the hall below the dropped ceiling; hall carpet with painters' tape along much of the baseboard and paint drips and stains scattered over it; no framed prints nor other decorations anywhere the entire length of this hall (nor in our room, as we soon discovered!); our room with no decoration other than furniture, walls covered in dull, primer paint, and hard floors, possibly concrete, designed to resemble wood flooring; and one leg of the room's desk chair standing in a puddle of what appeared to be a cola drink.There was a floor lamp in the front seating area and a table lamp between the queen beds. That's it in two rooms painted in primer gray. The hotel was NOT, in any regard, ready for guests, certainly, not for the price! Expedia put us into this hotel because my original Expedia booking, made only days before, was "no longer available" as I discovered responding to their voice mail. Suffice it to say, I have used Expedia for the last time.
