"So the front desk was amazing. They attended to all my needs. I didn’t not like that the air conditioner vent cover was hanging from the ceiling as that I needed a voucher to eat the complimentary breakfast. I left my voucher in my room somewhere and was unable to eat before I checked out. The location was prime but I just need One 11 to tighten it up a bit for the money we spend to stay there."

"This property is very nice. The only issue was the system went down when checking in, it took two days for us to get keys, and our room was only cleaned once and not daily like it said. Was not sure if I needed to request that it be done everyday. Room was beautiful, the view was ok. Staff very friendly and helpful. We will be back again. Thank you for a lovely stay. "

"For an old vintage property in the area this was great. The room was nice sized and very clean. The bed squeaked quite a bit and you can hear the neighbors many times but it would not keep me from coming back. Check in went smoothly however they never did let me know in my room was ready but I can't say enough about how nice and friendly the staff was. All in all I would highly recommend it's a great New Orleans location very easy to get in and out of highly recommend"

"It was quiet. Rooms are very basic but comfortable. Smelled a bit musty but to be expected as the humidity is quite high. I’d definitely stay here again. Location is great for being close to everything. Felt very safe walking to and from the hotel. The hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful. "

"We ate at The Rib Room restaurant for prime rib dinner and my steamed broccoli was served with the rubber band around it still. It was dark and I didn't notice it until I was chewing on it. It wasn't our server's fault, but I will not ever eat there again after this happened. We usually stay at this Omni at least once a year, so it is a shame."
