"Each morning we sat in the living room enjoying a cup of coffee while watching and listening to the river flow by. We could see the young deer walking in the river nibbling on the overhanging leaves and a heron fishing for his dinner. The home is small, but roomy and very open. The photos described it perfectly, clean and comfortable. "

"This little house was clean and well kept. It offers a slightly secluded feel, which is nice if you already made a big grocery trip and want to relax around the house. The couches and beds are presentable, but not the most comfortable for longer stays. The couches might be more so for an out door patio rather than relaxing and watching TV/movie. "The cottage was perfect for our trip. The bunk bed with a trundle was great for the teens while the adults were comfortable in the other two bedrooms (we didn’t have need for the Murphy bed in the living room, but if we had a larger group, it was another sizable bed! The bed linens and towels were all new and the appliances, too. I always appreciate a place with a washer and dryer, and they provided detergent.
