"This place was so much nicer than a chain hotel. Our room was nicely decorated and comfortable, king size bed, fireplace and a large balcony overlooking the harbor. Continental breakfast in the lobby with other guests and a great cup of coffee is a great day starter. We have family living in Grand Haven so, we're sure to be staying again!"

"There is no lake view in a room that said it was lake view. It was clean. The king-size bed was beyond terrible. It was like 2 twins pushed together with a very lumpy mattress topper. No closet. Very tiny room. The hand sink was in the bedroom. The house was built in 1883, if it had been haunted it might have been worth the $250. It was neither haunted or worth the $250. "

"I booked Upjohn House but was told I had to come to Henderson Castle to get the keys, and I should stay there instead. It was nice enough, the setting of Henderson Castle is beautiful. I had a lovely French breakfast my first morning, but when I came down the second morning, no one was around, I was told breakfast was from 6:30-9:30, and I was downstairs at 7:00.
