"We waited for the hotel shuttle for 2 hours at 8pm. Their vehicles are not marked. We arrived at the hotel which was extremely “ghetto” we walked in and it smelled moldy and some kind of perfume was being sprayed each time the door opened. We were waiting in line, and someone came back down and said that their room had poop in the sheets. I was to exhausted to change hotels, I went and checked in. The lady was fine, we had to walk up 2 flights of stairs to our room. The walls were just painted and the smell was horrible. We got in to our room and there were dead bugs on the floor. We did not even use the bed, I slept in the chair. Breakfast was a continental breakfast. The coffee was cold. When you looked out the windows it was a sketchy parking lot. I think a drug deal was going on. We were really upset that the pictures were deceiving. We won’t be going through Wyndham ever again."

"I liked that parking was free, the A/C was very cool and comfortable. Our room and surrounding areas were pretty clean. However, it would increase customer satisfaction if there were snacks, water and other basic shopping items accessible"

"Staff was excellent. Has free airport shuttle and shuttle to the cruise port for $15 per person. Hotel could have been cleaner. Outside of property was run down."

"The hotel staff were really nice and very accomodating. The room is clean but it does need some refurbishing. The carpets trapped a very musky smell. The water in the shower would only heat at very low pressures. They charged an additional room service fee which only 3$ but i think that should have been charged in booking. They do have a gym and laundry which is nice. "
