"We were given a room before check-in time. The room was clean and neat. A problem with the TV was fixed within minutes of reporting it. The Hotel is situated in the Airport building which is very convenient if one has to catch a plane. The hotel does not offer breakfast that is available in the airport building."

""While the property is visually well-maintained and attractive, our stay was ruined by a severe pest issue. We booked two rooms, and the one my son and I stayed in was infested with bugs. We both woke up covered in painful bites. It is disappointing that such a nice-looking hotel has such a major health and safety flaw. We hope management takes this seriously, as the physical discomfort has been significant.""

"Not enough seating for the pool. They didn’t clean our rooms until 4:30pm after we complained about them not coming at all. A lot of people didn’t have wrist bands on that were mandatory to be at the resort. No one enforced the red band rule. We felt like a lot of people weren’t supposed to be on the private beach and pool area. "
