"Staff were amazing and so helpful. Felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. Nice hotel clean and comfortable beds."

"The hotel has the vibe of a party hotel. The location is excellent. The reception desk is self service. 5 iPads and one clerk. Arriving by car is cumbersome. The parking lot is across the avenue. It does not have a formal guest drop pick up drive way. The rooms are freaking small!!! I felt that I was inside a cruise ship room. My wife and 4 large luggage could barely fit in. Tiny hand washing sink inside the room. If you need an iron, you have to go to an iron room on the 7th floor. I will...

"A great hotel, but a bit pricey."

"Great location in Brickell. Free monorail is 100yds away. Lots of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Local area has a cool nightlife vibe. Room was typical US hotel fair, clean and comfortable"

"Small bathroom. Room smell as you enter. Daughter complained about respiratory allergies in bathroom, maybe a dirty fan overhead. Beds were good. Breakfast was not so good. Apple juice was extremely sweet, undiluted, other two drinks just pure water came out. Staff obviously did not taste or check before putting out."

"We stayed one night and used the room, order from the restaurant, used the pool and hot tub and then the airport shuttle. The room was great and clean and the ac was super cold. We order food for our kids: wish they offered a kids cheeseburger so I didn’t have to spend $21, but I got the items on the side and the burger and fries were super yummy. The pool and hot tub area could use a little more of an update and cleaning. It looked like it needs a little scrubbing and there was poop on the...
