"The property was first looked pretty clean, but here were the issues: cleaning carts with Janitors supply outside my door the crew making noise there, the room: toilet ran had to fix it myself in the middle of night, broken toilet paper roll holder, outside street noise loud, broken night blind curtain so it let light in room# 361. pool: lounge cushions were stained. Then when I mentioned to front desk the issues the Deep Blue eye girl at the front desk high five the customer behind when he said I’m not here to complain! Yeah I won’t be staying there again"

"Charge as a 4-5 star hotel but deliver as a 3star hotel on some ”easy to fix” parameters. One size pillow only, to few towels to provide all guests around the pool and at beach, not enough sun beds and you will have to wait for a phonecall to fit in. Some staff also not very friendly..as positive very clean, nice long swimmingpool to swim in and great location close to ocean and lots of restaurants "

"The hotel is in a great walkable area with several restaurants right downstairs and only a block from the beach. The only issue was that when we checked in and were admitted to our room, the elevator in our building was out of service, so we had to walk up three flights of stairs with our luggage and then down again for checkout. Once there, we realized there were no towels in our room for showering. We asked twice and waited over an hour with no towels. When we were leaving the room, we ran into housekeeping and asked again, and finally received towels. "

"Overall we enjoyed our stay. However, we did not love when house keeping came in our room. To preface, we didn’t have any dressers, counter space, or sink space to put items. Fine..I had everything organized, all my hair things. Clean clothes on one side of the suitcase and dirty on the other, all organized. Same for my husband. When house keeping came in they flipped our suitcases closed so it was just a mound of clothes. For why you ask? They didn’t even clean the floors so idk. They knocked my things off of my nightstand to the floor, I guess to wipe it down. All my hair items were on the BACK OF THE TOILET. I thought maybe it was to wipe the 1inch of sink space I had. Nope. Nothing was wiped down. Every time they came in, they took our towels that were hung up and didn’t replace them. We hung up the placard so they just would not come in. They still did. Other than that issue, the hotel was fine. It did the job. It was also quiet at night, which I didn’t think was possible in that area. Also, I ordered a drink and didn’t realize it was $60 until another guest let me know. Insane for a drink. "
