"Best resort in Miami …….beautiful palms, beautiful entry like no other ; but Overpriced on all the little things. Nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING . Small gym for the number of people Locker rooms , door handles , steamer lighting …. Lot of little things need updating The cabanas at soak are extremely over priced anymore for what you get out of it . Ugly uncomfortable couches inside of the now $600-700 cabanas For the money….. the cabanas hot tub is old and needs serious updating Feels 1995 ish The main hot tub at the pool area for everyone is smaller than most hot tubs at residences. "

"From the moment you walk in you’re hit with a wonderful smell. The check in experience was a pleasure. The room was excellent, bed was super comfy, balcony and view were perfect. The service at the pool and beach was 5 star. It’s conveniently located on Lincoln so easy to walk down to the shops and restaurants, everything is nearby. Will definitely be back."

"Cabana room - amazing. Clean and quiet. Right off long pool for great views anytime you sit on balcony. Staff - everyone friendly and attentive. We didn’t go without at any time. Food and Drinks - we dined at beach, pool, bar, and restaurant. All outstanding. Drinks on point. Location - perfectly situated on the beach. A short walk to Lincoln Rd and Ocean Drive. Lots of places within walking distance to enjoy coffee, breakfast, lunch, and dinner."
