"Nice staff and hotel"

"Apartment is beautiful. However you have no privacy in the living room area as you can see from outside the windows in and here in lake como there are many more apartments around that are higher than this one or about the same height and can see in. Also had LOTS of trouble with check in as the host DOES NOT want to answer anything and only directs you to a link with drop down arrows where there is paragraphs explaining things. "Unique and charming"

"The hotel was lovely and was in an excellent and convenient location to the ferry, restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was exceptional and the service by Tanya and Jessica was incredible! "The hotel was very clean, and right in front of the ferry which was very convenient!"

"Very clean upscale friendly hotel right off of a ferry."

"Fantastic room, as advertised. Great location, excellent view, the staff are all friendly and most helpful. The restaurant food and service was excellent."

I was greeted very warmly by the bellman and the greeters. Stephania, Natalia and Luka were so very kind. Stephania was more than helpful to me the entire stay. I came up a lot to ask questions and she handled them with grace!! I saw her throughout the property and she was sooooo nice and welcoming. I felt important there!! Thank you so so so...
