Riad in Mexico

"On our first day, front desk called twice 5 mins apart asking if everything was fine. Then, a maintenance guy knocked stating he got a call that we supposedly reported something was leaking.Mind you, its only been 20 mins since we got insde the room, tired and just resting in bed. Not sure if theyre trying to go in and steal. Room phone was broken and couldnt dial out. Then, the night before we check out, another maintenance guy knocked once and went in and open the door. He appeared surprised to see me and my bf inside the room and said he got a call that we reported our sink was clogged? Suspicious! We couldnt even make a call cus the phone is broken and we NEVER reported anything was leaking or clogged. The room is outdated, water temperature doesnt stay warm, it gets too hot where it could burn your skin then too cold. The buffet food is a 2/10. Not much choices. The oceanview is nice. Stay here at your own risk."

"Scheduling dinner is a nightmare, jacuzzi water dirty, no games, small selection of food. "

"I felt like there wasn’t as much for our younger kids to do as our teen. Their ages were 7 and 9 they felt like the kids club was baby ish and mostly always always toddlers in there. Volley ball and all pool games were geared for older teens and adults. They had a hard time finding things to do. "
