"The room itself had a nice view and balcony but there were scuffs everywhere, hole in the bathroom floor, and little flies in the shower when we got there. We paid extra for an upgrade and didn’t feel like much of an upgrade other than a better view. The bed was uncomfortable and pillows were terrible! We requested an extra pillow and we were told they did not have any. We decided to check out the rooftop finally since it was closed 2 days in a row for a private party and there were no propane...

"The hotel was clean, staff was great, and the hotel is in a perfect location. The beach is beautiful, the pools are well kept & are lovely, and we love the area. My teens also loved the turtles they have in a pond too! However, the rooms are out dated and we found the beds uncomfortable and the showers got water all over the floor. Overall, a great stay!"

"Hemos tenido una estancia súper agradable, es un departamento hermoso con dos habitaciones y excelente ubicación además Andy quien está en recepción siempre estuvo atento a todo lo que necesitábamos, amable con una sonrisa siempre, Leonora es una señora que siempre te abre la puerta al entrar o salir y súper agradable, atenta y sonriente y la señorita Ilse que también está en recepción igual de amable. Hicieron que disfrutáramos mucho el alojamiento muchas gracias!!!!"
