Unfortunately you get what you pay for. No air conditioning just a fan. The second night we stayed the TV didn’t work and the staff, Abigail, said they would have to look into it the next day. This was 9:00 pm. No one to help at 9pm. Ridiculous! I would recommend this hotel if you are just sleeping and leaving the next day.

Excelente instalaciones, buena atencion, pero el proceso de envio de facturas es un poco complicado. La de hospedaje te la atienden rapido, pero las del restaurant, te toman los datos y tienes que recordar en recepcion, si no no te llegan.

La habitación 428 excelente tamaño y espacios adecuados para persona que usa silla de ruedas. Ruido: No pudimos dormir, a unos metros se encuentra un centro nocturno con sonido sumamente fuerte y apagó su música después de las 4:30 am. Limpieza: algunas juntas del azulejo del baño tienen moho le hace falta lavado a las cortinas. No hay forma de subir del estacionamiento al lobby con silla de ruedas, hay que salir por la calle y subir por rampas sumamente inclinadas.

El personal amable, pero una ubicación muuuuy ruidosa, aunque cierres la ventana entra todo el ruido, no tiene aire acondicionado solo un ventilador de torre. Las cortinas súper sucias..deberian poner mas detalle en la limpieza. En mi caso el televisor se veía mal
