"I want to start by saying that the hotel staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the condition of our room did not meet our expectations. When we arrived, the room was noticeably dusty, and the sheets, duvet, and mattress protector all had multiple stains.
