"Great amenities, nice room"

"We liked the property, but of the 3 days that our room should have been cleaned, only once was it done without us asking. And one day they didn't do it at all. Aside from the manager who was extremely nice and professional, the staff lacked follow through and attention to detail. One time they failed to make a dinner reservation for us at their own restaurant. Small requests of ours were overlooked, which was disappointing and kind of annoying at this price point. They should do better."

"The room cleaning was very poor. Came back one day the cleaners had left our room ajar! Other days not cleaned by 4 PM, then not allowed to clean the room while we were in there. Tea not replaced during a week long stay. Otherwise clean, comfortable and great location."

"Very clean, close to downtown shopping and the mountain trails, friendly staff that are more than happy to speak English if you don’t speak much or any French. Pool doesn’t have a hot tub and is a bit small but overall has a nice atmosphere and has great change rooms with shavers, and any other things if you need to shower there."

"Prince Arthur is a great street to stay on, you are within walking distance to everything you could possibly want to do! Yes there is a skylight in the bedroom, so bring a sleep mask (I never travel without my sleep mask and special earplugs made for sleep). For the girlies looking to book here, I would suggest bringing a travel sized mirror with a light to do your make up. I had an amazing weekend stay, and will be booking here again for sure!"

"Positives: clean property, comfortable bed, good shower pressure, plenty of storage, fully equipped kitchen, excellent location, great a-con, extra supply of towels, toilet paper etc available Negatives: extra charge for housekeeping and early checkin. Access code not available before 3pm checkin. No parking on-site. Other: When choosing room at time of booking, photos should correlate with the actual room you will be assigned (instead of having multiple photos of all apartments)"
