"The size of the rooms and the amenities are excellent. Nice pool and restaurant. Convenient location and hotel shuttle to Mall of Asia. But the outstanding service of the staff, including the attendants, housekeeping, and restaurant staff, set the Heritage apart from other hotels. If you are visiting from abroad, you will especially appreciate help with baggage and arranging transportation."
