"I was well pleased with the bedroom I was given- overlooked the nile as I requested,
Booked taxi was waiting for me at the airport.
The breakfast was superb and the view from the restaurant fantastic.
the facilities stated on the web site said the hotel susanna had a restaurant serving excellent meals diner especially. However when I asked for dinner in the restaurant I was informed it did not serve dinner only breakfast. This was very annoying as a single lady I did not want to wander around at night and had booked the hotel for this reason. fortunately the hotel nefertiti nearby had a excellent restaurant.
The male receptionist took my post cards and I paid extra for someone to take to the PO .To date none of the six postcards have arrived at the Uk / or Germany addresses."
"Is just a one night stay but this what i think Bed wasn’t comfortable, food disappointing, room is clean but a little old fashioned, night mosquitos. I got told outside food is not allowed in the hotel and the hotel is away from everything. Overall i think is a 3 star and you decide where you spend your money. "
"At check in, I pay for 2 adults and 1 children 8 year old, we I ask for extra bed for the children, they ask me to pay extra $15 dll, I mention, the children paid to be in the hotel. The reply was, you paid for service, no for bead.
Son I pay entra for the Small bed $15 dlls.
Is not the money is the fact that I pay in advance for extra person, 1 8 year old child "
"The hotel was an absolute pleasure to stay in. Waking up to watch the beautiful hot air balloons, from the roof or balcony is breathtaking. My room was spacious well equipped and very clean. The whole hotel throughout is well maintained, including the swimming pool and communal areas. Egypt is such a dry country, but I can physically say I watched the hotel staff constantly cleaning maintain the standards of the hotel. The owner Khodary, his family and staff were extremely professional, hospitable and friendly. The well-being, happiness and safety of their guests is their highest priority. Khodary will go above and beyond to assist with anything you need. I personally felt very safe and would say this is a secure place for any lone travellers or as a group. The roof top restaurant area is peaceful, with a beautiful view and an ideal place to relax and unwind. The food was of a high standard and freshly cooked with local ingredients. Cold soft drinks available to purchase 24-7 which I found very good. The hotel offer airport collection and delivery and personalised tours and trips for the guests. The check in and checkout process was excellent and straightforward. This hotel is amazing value for money and I would highly recommend."
"Rip off. No guest activities. Kids club empty. Rooms dirty. Food overpriced. Staff not helpful. Doctor on site rips you off and prescribed wrong medicine."
