"Surroundings is ok, quite convenient, 10 mins walk from Pavilion. The apartment is clean, but no toiletries supply, only shampoo and soap, no sleeper, no teeth brush. Suggest to bring your own towel, the given towel is very old and dirty with so much stinks, feels like a floor mat."

"Was denied check-in as counter staff advised that our booking was not found. Insisted that we did not have any booking. No effort to help call Hotels.com but asked us to contact them. We are all drenched from heavy rain had carried our luggage into the reception and now had to carry out to the car again. Spent 1.5 hours trying to verify with Hotels.com on the phone and eventually check-in staff allowed us to check-in saying that they received a call from Hotels.com when he should have helped us...
