Lifts are very slow. I have waited more than 20 mins for a lift to come on my floor. This is embarrassingly slow. The first time I experienced this in my hotel stays in the world. Pool side was full and also had to take food on the floor like a beggar while paying for a hotel.

Check in started at 2pm, the front desk seem a bit stressed, our room was only ready at almost 4pm. It’s an old building with a not so “driver friendly” parking lots. The room was fantastic and a great value. The front desk people were very helpful and nice. The gym was a great size with a good variety and quality of equipment. The lobby was okay. Really good free cookies.
