This is a stop over hotel, not somewhere you want to spend your Mérida visit in. It’s suitable for a couple day’s transition, or perhaps the night before a flight. I have nothing negative to stay regarding the service, it was fair to decent in most occasions. The continental breakfast was basic, as expected as well. Good value for a short 1 or 2 night stay.

Everyone was very friendly to include staff and other guests. The rooms were pretty spacious for the price. The property was well maintained. The only feedback I would say as a con is the bed wasnt very comfortable. Other than that it was great.

It was a great experience. Sheets and towels always clean, AC needs to be renewed to be more comfortable. Space in the room as well as forniture very practical. It is not a luxury hotel, but it is definitely a great opportunity for having a good service for a good price. Breakfast is very simple. Congratulations to the staff, they are amazing. Thank you very much.

The good: easy self parking and a pool. Close to Clinica de Mérida, and walking distance to Oxxo, Subway, and a pharmacy. The bad: no elevator access to rooms with king size beds.

An Amazing Stay at Tecnohotel Itzaes! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and friendly staff who made check-in a breeze. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with modern, clean rooms that are spacious and comfortable. The bed was a dream to sleep in, and the amenities—especially the air conditioning—made my stay incredibly relaxing. The location is fantastic—conveniently close to the heart of Mérida, yet tucked away enough to ensure a peaceful and quiet environment. I also appreciated the complimentary WiFi, which was fast and reliable throughout my stay. The pool area was a highlight! It’s perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the city. And the breakfast? Delicious! A variety of options, fresh fruit, and great coffee to start the day right. Overall, Tecnohotel Itzaes is a fantastic choice for travelers looking for comfort, value, and excellent service. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Mérida!

Beds quite hard and pillows were like rocks . Only a sheet on the bed (no blanket ) . It was quite cold with AC . Had to turn it off during the night a few times but then back on as it would get too hot .

Great hotel in Merida, close to city centre

The hotel is in a very good location, not far from the airport or the city centre. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was really powerful. The air conditioning was also great. WiFi is weak at time but mostly reliable and if you have a room away from the main road, which was my case, no noise can be heard overnight. Reception staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was ok, not wonderful. Basic continental with an almost decent coffee. Breakfast staff work really hard and are also very pleasant. There is supermarket two blocks away and a known convenience store across the street. There was no fridge in the room but it didn't impact negatively on my overall impression. I would definitely stay there again and can recommend it for its cleanliness, location and comfort.
