The courtyard. It is a very pleasant to sit and relax. The staff were all very helpful.

The property is in great location. The rooms are super clean and the housekeeping people are very friendly. The rooms has a light saver on top of the door. Light from the aisle don’t let you sleep.

La atención pesima, el estacionamiento muy lejano y no dicen que así es, sin energia en los contactos de la habitación, no hay mesa ni silla de trabajo en la habitación, sin espejos instalaciones viejas. La comida mala. En general no tenia muchas expectativas pero por mucho las deteuyeron todas. No regreso nunca.

Que esta muy al cento acceso a lugares que no me gusto solo el estacionamiento esta un poco retirado y el contrato que tienen compartido con el otro hotel les asignan un lugar en mala condicion

El personal fue amable, pero el sitio dejó mucho qué desear. La habitación no era igual a la fotografía en Expedia, el baño tenía ventanas rotas, por lo que había moscos y el sonido de otras habitaciones y del restaurante de afuera no nos dejaban dormir. Decidimos bañarnos con chanclas para evitar infecciones en los pies, de lo sucio y mala impresión que daba el baño. Todo el hotel super sucio, con telarañas en marcos de las puertas, incluso en zonas comunes. Al final resultó muy caro, porque hay infinidad de hoteles en la misma zona por el mismo precio que sí estaban bien. No debería estar en expedia o definitivamente con un precio mucho mejor para que te dé una idea de qué tipo de hotel será bajo propio riesgo, pero nos sentimos engañados.

Buen hotel, el tiempo le ha ganado.

Buen servicio y atención, sin embargo las habitaciones parecen un poco antiguas, creo q sería buen tiempo de pensar en una remodelación.

Desde que hice la compra, me pareció bien. Al recibir mi cobro cheque que me incluyeron un huésped adicional y me cobraron más de 750 pesos. Hice reclamación al hotel y me dijeron que era con la compañía. Hasta hoy no me reintegran ese cobro adicional
