We reserved 2 king Bed rooms. When we arrived we were told that there only was 1 king and 1 double bed room available. Not happy as we ordered an in room massage and there wasn't any space to be able to set up the massage table.

El hotel está muy lejos de la ciudad y además no tiene alberca, no hay lugares de esparcimiento, el gimnasio solo tiene 3 aparatos. No hay lugares cercanos para comer, no hay buena movilidad en la zona. en general NO es buena opción para estar en Mérida

De las peores experiencias. Empecemos por lo grave, se fue el agua y el aire acondicionado por 7 horas! La respuesta del personal: no podemos hacer nada hasta que sea la hora de entrada del personal de mantenimiento. Algo fundamental no tienen plan de contingencia ni personal de guardia. Imagínense el cuarto en Mérida a 26.5 grados sin AC y ninguna ventana se abre y sin agua. La tasa llena sin poderle jalar, etc. Ya en menor escala, el cuarto sin ganchos (ni uno solo) hablamos para pedir y nos dijeron que no tenían... Hasta mañana y ya cuando los volvimos a pedir el día siguiente nos dan solo 5 ganchos. El papel de baño solo dejan el que está puesto, tienes que estar pidiendo repuestos y te dan de a uno. El 2ndo día estuvimos todo el día sin agua caliente. No fatal NO se queden Aquí.... Lo único rescatable es la plaza enfrente, pero busquen otro lugar, no entiendo cómo la Marca Holiday Inn les dio la concesión. NO SE QUEDEN Aquí!
