"The property was amazing no faults at all however still waiting on my deposit to be put back into my account as was told by reception it was just a held payment and will bounce back in instantly as I checked out but still haven’t recieved however apart from that I had an amazing stay "

"The front desk staff member was quite rude and did not demonstrate a professional attitude. I believe additional training in customer service and communication would be beneficial to improve interactions with guests. She doesn’t have Common sense, given two single bed for couple "

"Hotel was ok, not the cleanest, car park and outdoor area a bit run down, and walls of the room were very thin, main issue was the lack of restaurant facilities which we only found out after checking in as the restaurant was shut for off season, which was not advertised in advance, while there was vending machines the selection was limited and there was no where near the hotel to get food without taking tram ride which was very inconvenient for breakfast. "
