"The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel posted a notice that an emergency fire alarm would be going off at 10am. We were awoken by this alarm at 7:30 am and it went off intermittently for the next 2 hours. This is not the fault of staff but of a hotel that takes its guests for granted. "

"I have had it with properties like Hilton that have not returned to daily room cleanings, bed making, trash emptying, linen refreshing. Covid is over. You prices don’t reflect bargain rate stays. You had no problem charging me $165 for three nights parking. This is just greed. "

"This is in general a great place. Rooms are clean and quiet, beds are comfortable, location is great. Their automated checkin system has never worked, in all the times we've stayed there, however: the front desk is understaffed with generally just one person who is often quite harried. Company needs to ditch that automated system. "
