"The lobby in this property is nice. When I checked in the staff was very welcoming and allowed us to check-in earlier since our room was ready. The rooms are due for an upgrade. Outdated in comparison to the lobby. The only good thing at breakfast was the made to order omelet. The kids liked the pool but the chlorine was extremely strong to the point my eyes were burning. Overall for the price is fair the free airport shuttle is convenient but it is 30 mins from the city."

"The place was super clean and awesome! Easy to find when driving and parking was easy. The only issue was the toilet flooded at one point, but staff was on it quick and fixed it up while we went out to eat! The room was comfy, the bathroom was beautiful and staff was very friendly! The breakfast was limited, but delicious and they had work out equipment and a POOL there! Didn't expect it, but it was awesome! Beautiful place, definitely would want to stay here again <3"

"Airport shuttle worked well and the accomodation was fine. But being so close to the airport, it was (not unexpectedly) noisy from airplanes. "

"Cons: Hair & blood stains on the "clean towels" left in room, tears in one of the beds' comforter. Room door gad missing dead lock latch. Pros: Room was a good size. shower/tub was big. Small soap bars & toilet paper furnished upon request. Hallways smell nice & lemony (too bad room was not as clean as the hall smelled). Breakfast (scrambled egg, sausage links, bread, yogurt, cereal, waffle) provided. Plenty of parking. Lobby desk staff provided good customer service."

"Nick and others who worked the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The only negative was not the hotel's staff, but the contracted airport shuttle driver was very rude, he complained about too many suitcases and made a comment "this is a lot of money.", I did not understand the comment at the time but later figured out he was talking about his tip. He put one couple out at gate B who needed gate A. He roughly tossed our suitcases out of the van and then sneered at ten dollar tip like it was not enough. He was also aggressive driving, tailgating, and honking at a car in front of him. 4/3/2026"
