Hotel berdekatan Menara Diana Lookout

"Beautiful hotel. Spotless. Great location. Close to everything. Awesome views. Free parking. Wonderful staff. Really nice breakfast. Feels very homely."

"Great and helpful staff."

"Cute from the outside and nice location. Very dated inside and not in a good way. Dingy, peeling paint, broken door frames and bubbles in the floor. I booked a room with a balcony facing the street and upon check in we’re told we had been upgraded. The room was large but dark and only had a small window, no balcony. Disappointing. The restaurant has some of the worst food I have ever had the displeasure to try to eat. We purchased the 1/2 board. After looking over the menu and getting ready to...

"Property is nice overall and breakfast was ok, small buffet choice but excellent coffee. What majorly lets the hotel down is the misrepresentation of parking facilities, which is a 15 mins walk away uphill. We specifically booked with parking as one of our party has a disability and struggles with strenuous walks. The parking information should have been clearer- we would have selected an alternative accommodation if we had known."

"Zentral gelegen, Parkplatzsituation ist allgemein in Karlsbad schwierig"

"Beautiful hotel and great location."

"Wonderful hotel with an easy walk to the collonades. Enough parking for every room. The breakfast was very well done with a good variety."

"Super Empfang und Checkin. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Suite war bis auf minimale Kleinigkeiten in einem sehr guten Zustand."

"From the moment we walked in with our cross-continent backpacks in tow the staff was attentive, helpful and kind. The property was just what we needed for our ladies meet up in Czechia, Amsterdam-Seattle. The room was spacious and clean. The pillow menu was lovely. My daughter absolutely loved the breakfast buffet. Compared to the standards in the United States this was far and beyond a luxury experience. My only critique which makes me rethink booking at this particular location is the spa...

"Nice room, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, perfect location."

"Staff o.k., clean room, super breakfest.. "

"This apart/hotel location is not for everyone. Very stiff hill makes it difficult to walk around. TV channels are limited, room is very small, beds were not comfortable it all . Blankets and pillows were great . Cleaning crews were the best. Last four days of our stay was not hot water, we had no showers. Four stars for this place is definitely overrated. This is the fifth time we are visiting Karlovy Vary and our expectations get lower and lower . Thanks"

"Not a bad experience overall but not worth the price: nice building and nice rooms, good spa, excellent breakfast. Major issues I believe is the management, it’s not acceptable to have only one receptionist at the front desk with so many rooms on a Saturday, this is creating chaos, secondly I have paid a late check out online but somehow the staff was not informed so I had to wait 20 min at the reception just to explain the situation, third but nevertheless important the water coming out from...
