A great small hotel in good shape. Great wellness area. The hotel is located next to a motorbike "race track" but the rooms are soundproof.

The hotel is very beautiful, well maintained and the staff are very friendly and accommodating! I would especially like to mention the manager Jiri (George), who was exceptionally nice! There however are some things that I must mention, that should be noted. First of all, there is no air conditioning at this hotel and when it’s a hot day, the room is extremely hot at night! It was very uncomfortable! They did change our room on the second night, because our first room was just above the spa, which made it worse. However, even when moved away from the spa, it was still very hot in the room! The second thing that I felt was not good, was the charge for parking. There is nothing around i.e. businesses or houses, they have their own parking lot with plenty of parking, so I found it to be rather “cheap” of them! Especially considering how expensive the hotel is!! I just felt it was in poor taste to charge for it!

Ruhiges Hotel am Stausee

Hotel liegt schön am Stausee. Leider nach Norden ausgerichtet, dadurch wenig Sonne. Zimmer, Schwimmbad und Spabereich sehr schön. Essen und Getränke zu teuer. Beispiel: Aperol Spritz 14 Euro.

Die Mitarbeiter sind größtenteils 3-sprachig unterwegs. (Tschechisch, englisch, deutsch), ich vermute sogar 4-sprachig (russisch), sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Alles war blitzblank sauber. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich ausserordentlich aufwendig und sehr schick. Da gibt es mal nix! Das Frühstück und Abendessen ist frei kombinierbar und auch durch weg super lecker und sein Geld absolut wert! Der Wellnessbereich ist der Hotelgröße angepasst und zu empfehlen. Abzüge gibt es für die wirklich "sauunbequemen" Ruheliegen. Auch die Handtücher und Bademändel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Manko: In der 3. Etage funktionierte das Wlan gar nicht mehr. Angeblich ein neues Problem, welches auch nicht behoben werden konnte. Das ist bei 5* doch ärgerlich, vor allem, wenn man beruflich darauf angewiesen ist. Tätigkeit konnte/musste dann in der Lounge verrichtet werden. Nichts desto trotz, würde wir jederzeit gerne wieder in dieses wirklich schöne, kleine und hervorragend gelegene Hotel buchen! :)

Immer wieder gerne

ein super Wochenende. Das Bett war groß und sehr gute Matrazen, das Badezimmer und die Dusche schön groß und alles sauber. Das Essen sehr gut, gehobene Küche. Das Frühstück ebenso, Auswahl reichlich und noch auf Bestellung verschiedene Eiergerichte, frisch zubereitet. Immer wieder gerne werden wir hier ein Wochenende verbringen.

Schönes Hotel, mit reduzierter Kundenorientierung

Ich habe das Hotel nun zum dritten Mal besucht, über einen Zeitraum von ca. 5 Jahren. Die ersten Male war ich hoch zufrieden. Immer sauber, toller Service, gutes Essen. Bei meinem letzten Aufenthalt, war ich leider nicht mehr zufrieden. Wir sind erst spät angereist. Auf dem Weg zum Hotel, haben wir im Internet recherchiert, wie lange die Küche noch geöffnet hat. Es sollte laut Internet bis 22.00 Uhr sein. Als wir um 21.30 Uhr eingecheckt hatten, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Restaurant nicht mehr geöffnet hat. Uns wurde empfohlen in die Stadt zu fahren. (im Internet stand etwas anderes) Dann nach oben ins Zimmer, Koffer wegbringen, Schlüsselkarte funktionierte nicht. Wieder runter, keiner an der Rezeption. Im Restaurant einen sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter gefunden, der eine neue Karte ausstellte und auch gleich mal mit zum Zimmer kam, um diese zu prüfen. Nebenbei erwähnte er, dass wenn wir noch etwas essen möchten, wir recht schnell bestellen sollten - aha, also doch bis 22.00 Uhr geöffnet - (was läuft da falsch?) Das Zimmer war sehr warm. Es gab ein Klimagerät, welches allerdings vor Checkin nicht in Betrieb genommen wurde. - schade - Am nächsten Tag noch eine private Feier auf der schönen Terrasse des Hotels. Leider keinen Zutritt, da geschlossene Gesellschaft. auch sehr ärgerlich. Dann einen Drink in der Lobbybar und lieber wieder auf den Balkon auf dem Zimmer. Der war dann auch ok.

The hotel and staff is amazing as well as the nature around. The only one minus is a location of hotel close to very busy road. Therefore it was pretty noisy in the room.

Supertolles Hotel, Zimmer waren perfekt, groß, überwiegend mit Parkett, tolle Beleuchtung. Sehr schönes Bad mit begehbarer Dusche. Wellnessbereich klein, aber für die Menge an Zimmern ausreichend. Restaurant sehr gut, beim Frühstück riesige Portionen, Abends überschaubar, aber geschmacklich Spitze. Sehr nettes Personal, wir kommen gerne wieder.
