"Turn down service was unexpected and the chocolate bar was delicious. Bed was clean and comfortable. Nice smelling soap and hair products in a beautiful big shower with 2 different shower heads. Coffee was great. Glasses and mugs were quite adequate. Room and bathroom was exceptionally clean. Slippers and robes were a plus but not used. Room was quite spacious with seating for four."

"Although it was stated there was a restaurant downstairs, there was no mention of the noise, the constant door slamming, the other hotel patrons that were excessively drunk and running around the hotel. Also had pieces of the ceiling plaster falling into the bathroom and zero response from staff when notified about it."
