The hotel location is in great walking distance to the downtown area of the Harbour, Water Street and George Street. The service by the staff was excellent and the beds were very comfortable. The room bathrooms need to be updated, and all the vending machines were out of order as well as the sauna. Based on location and excellent staff service I would recommend this hotel.

The property is very close to the downtown area of St. John’s. Close to local restaurants and bakeries. The buffet breakfast was very good. Fresh and tasty food each morning! Local foods to the area were included.

Great location and comfortable beds. Be aware the parking is a little confusing as the lot beside the hotel does not belong to them and apparently the owner likes to tow or boot your car right away.

From the .moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. Staff were friendly and kind and eager to do anything to make our stay even better. The food was delicious hands down the best breakfast buffet in St. John’s. The pool and hotbtub are a bit dated but were clean and well maintained. Can't ask for a better hotel stay.

The pictures of the rooms on Expedia showed a newer style room but what we got was ok but old.Bathtub faucett leaked and the fan on the air conditioner was very old and weak. No ventilation in bathroom Staff very nice. Pool area very old and humid right beside the water as it’s an indoor pool with no ventilation. Had nice sauna area. To me it was too expensive for what we got. Restaurant was nice enough but again expensive $30 for a single buffet breakfast. Whole area restaurants expensive.
