"We were created by a young man directly in front of the hotel. He gave us the information we needed as far as checking in, where to park the car. "Great hotel and rooms. We order drinks at the door they gave us a time at 9:40pm but never came. We went downstairs around 10:20pm, the lady said she sat them in the refrigerator we had to come get them. She was very disrespectful and poor service. Everything else was ok."
