"I really enjoyed the stay here. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were all friendly and professional. The breakfast was fresh and had lots of variety and always well stocked. The location is nearby Metro Stations, so very convenient to go places. I will definitely come back!"

"We stayed at this hotel for a family trip, but had a serious issue during our stay. On the second day, the bathroom ceiling developed a large water bubble which suddenly burst and released a significant amount of water directly onto my 8-year-old child. It was a very distressing situation. We have video evidence recorded immediately after the incident showing water continuing to flow from the ceiling. The source of the water was unclear, which raised hygiene concerns as it could have come from plumbing or drainage systems. While the hotel changed our room, the overall response was not adequate. The only compensation offered was a one-day parking refund, which did not reflect the seriousness of the incident. I strongly recommend the hotel review its maintenance and response standards. This experience significantly impacted our stay."

"1. Room clean 2. Staff excellent 3. Resort fee should not apply, there’ not much to do there, pool close, and no steam room or jacuzzi. 4. Maintenance so so, water machine doesn’t work, sensor switch goes off by itself every time during shower, but they do attend the problem immediately, but no result."

"1) I got a room just near the ventilation system, which was quite loud, 2) The mini bar had price list, but in addition, the hotel charge additional $1 for each purchase, which was stated in a. small font. 1$ is not a big deal, but I hate when a hotel plays hide the prices in small font... so cheap trick."

"This is a gorgeous hotel converted from the famous Riggs National Bank of Washington DC. It is elegant, comfortable and accomodating. The food at Cafe Rigg (we had breakfast) was superb. The hotel is close to Metro (Gallery Place), museums and theatres as well aas several really nice restaurants. We will stay here whenever we come to downtown DC."
