"I found everything great other than the price. Seems very expensive for the type of motel and amenities. I booked it based on the ratings and I’m not really familiar with the area so maybe that’s the going rate for a 2 star motel."

"Considering we booked a "deluxe" king room, there was really nothing deluxe about it. You can tell they have done some minor updates to the bathroom and flooring. We didn't even have soap upon arriving and had to ask the front desk for some. TV was terrible (basic cable with most channels fuzzy), not even a phone in the room or a hairdryer. No coffee or tea either. The bed was comfortable and AC was great but there were some questionable stains visible on box springs and shower curtain. Also questionable looking ceiling tiles above the bed that looked like they may collapse. Very strange layout in general, having the bed right beside the door. The door felt like it was flimsy. Expedia stated this hotel provides housekeeping everyday. We stayed for 3 nights and only received very light housekeeping on our last night - no fresh towels. The lobby had been upgraded but stairwells/hallways still covered in old carpet and very old looking. The staff were very friendly and willing to help. Access to the beach was also great. I just don't think this was worth it for $180 a night for a "deluxe" room."

"I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel from May 29, 2026, to May 30, 2026 (Itinerary #73459934817070). At the time of booking, there was no indication that the hotel was undergoing major construction. Upon arrival, I found that significant portions of the property were under construction, which greatly affected my stay. The pool was unavailable, and I was unable to use several amenities due to the ongoing work. Additionally, breakfast was advertised as being included with the booking. However, instead of the expected breakfast service, I was provided with a bagged meal and there was no designated place to sit and eat. This experience fell far below the standard I expected from a reputed hotel brand. I have attached a photo of the breakfast provided for your reference. Had the construction and resulting limitations been disclosed before booking, I would have made a different decision regarding my accommodation. Given the inconvenience and the significant impact on my stay, I respectfully request appropriate compensation. I trust that Quality Inn values guest satisfaction and will review this matter fairly."

"The room was clean but a little dated. The air conditioning worked but occasionally made a loud noise. The shower had poor water pressure but was clean and had plenty of hot water. The continental breakfast was pretty average, but nothing spectacular. It offered an arrangement of cereals, oatmeals, fruit, bread, bagels, English muffins, yogurt and some eggs. Overall, it was a good stay."
