"The person at the desk, Chinese, was very helpful. The hotel is in a perfect location, just a block away from the town square and the walking line. Parking is about 2 blocks away but you can unload suitcases at the door first. Parking is $17US$ for overnight. There is no air conditioning in the room, only a small desk fan. No shampoo, only the soap/ shampoo combo. Rooms are small but clean. The bathroom was larger than expected and very nice. You do get road noise if you are on the front side of the hotel. For the price it is a good find."

"This property was exceptional. The bed sheets were a cool and lovely linen. Everything was pristine. There was a hangout space downstairs where they served snacks. The architecture of the room was definitely unique - the bathroom had one funny feature, glass walls with blinds for privacy! And you had to walk through the shower to get to the toilet. Still, great amenities in the space. Super sleek and modern."

"Lovely hotel in a good location. It's a bit tired, especially in regards to the bathrooms, but the beds are comfy and the breakfast is good. Well located for tram and bus stops, with an easily accessible car park. Good value."
