"Room was great, very spacious and comfortable But Hôtel was being renovated and facilities were severely restricted I think it is the responsibility of all parties including on sellers to declare this at time of booking Due to scaffolding the internet continually dropped out in the room we were in which was very annoying Beautiful building and at some stage will be a great hotel just not at the moment "

"Great hotel in a fantastic location. Check in was very straight forward. Room was good quality, clean, comfortable and cleaned each day. Given that this is a “budget” hotel it exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay again The location is absolutely superb, very central, walking distance to everything. You really are in the heart of the city! An excellent choice for the price it costs "

"Great stay. One night only, wish I was here for longer. The 4th floor room I had looked out into rooftops, had everything I needed, was super comfortable and clean. There were a couple of notches on the walls and very small damages to walls, but really a nice space. I HIGHLY recommend the 11€ breakfast, locally sourced and self-served inside or on a lovely terrace. Great way to start the day. I also appreciated the small notes in the room helping you to be more eco-conscious (the timer in the shower was a nice touch). Helpful and charming staff, 24H."

"The hotel is very well located. It has shops and restaurants in a walking distance. Nantes was my starting point for my Loire Valley tour and I rented a car after checking out the hotel which worked very well for me. The train station has car rental offices and it is 30 mins in a walking distance from the hotel. Nantes doesn’t required a car to see the highlights. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and the room was super comfortable."

Great family stay

"We had a great stay at Seven Urban Suites. The 1 bedroom apartment waa spacious for our family of four. Great having the small kitchen to make snacks and lunch etc. Very close to bus and two stops into the city. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean and modern reception, rooms slightly dated but clean. Could do with drawers or something in the room, maybe in a wardrobe so there was a place for clothes, only hanging space. Overall we had a great time and would absolutely stay again. Great value for money "
