"The room had a bed bug, also the front desk did not explain that the room was in the basement. The room did not have a window, except for one into the hallway. The property was not up to the standards I’d expect to see at a Holiday Inn or Holiday Inn express, it was more Super 8, Motel 6 or other discount chain quality. Also the lights in the room are an awfully bright white instead of a more comfortable yellowish light that would be easier on the eyes, making reading a book or newspaper very...

"We entered the lobby and saw right away, the carpet was filthy. There were people hanging out outside that seemed to be living there, like a section 8 property. The doors on the rooms looked as if they had been patched, and different color paint was used. The room itself was depressing. The bed was too small and it didn't appear to be very clean. We ended up staying at a Holiday Inn in Carle Place. Never recommend this place to anyone."
