Erst liess man uns sehr lange warten (>3h) und anschliessend gab es ein angebliches Upgrade allerdings, war das die Kategorie, welche wir gebucht haben. Das Zimmer, was wir gebucht haben, war mit 92m2 angegeben. Was sich aber als Irrtum rausstellte. Es war ungefähr 45m2, inkl. Balkon, gross. Jeden Tag hatten wir weniger Tücher, trotz mehrmaligem Nachfragen wurde die Minibar nicht mehr aufgefüllt und von unseren 5 Tagen Aufenthalt ging das...

AC was working fine as it was got days. Shower head was falling off it’s base, so the room needs some TLC. Overall stay is OK "
