"Apartment has ants everywhere including on ans inside the kettle, bath/ shower and next door were so loud and their cigarette smoke was coming onto the room making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep in. Message properly but they said I should’ve called the night emergency number which was continently placed in reception but I had no WiFi or phone service on the island "

"Quiet place, no need for a private pool! Even my bungalow next to the road (#20) was peaceful, and all three small resort pools were empty, cool, and surrounded by plants. "Overall is very run down compared to photos. Sheets were dirty for the first 2 days on arrival. Floors were dirty. No working shower, no hot water. Kitchen barely has any food on menu never in stock or limited choices. Bed was extremely noisy. Pillows were awful we got very sore necks and back and we aren’t old. Rust present in bathroom. "The Nasama Resort has great facilities; large, clean rooms with many amenities; a lovely pool and small private beach; and great restaurants. For the price, it is amazing. But the best part is the staff, who are all very kind and competent. I highly recommend it! "
