"Just...wow. couldnt step 10 feet without staff asking if i needed anything. Beautiful property. Could get prime spots near the pool or beach without having to wait for a seat. If it wasnt for the 18 hour flight for for me, i would go every year."

My only disappointment was the new transfer regulations — they no longer include transfers if the booking was made through a third-party vendor like Hotels.com. "Arrived Boracay, off-season July, with no reservations at all. Sat on a wall with my tablet for over 2 hours, studying my options on Expedia, to try to make decision, evaluating all properties from their characteristics/reviews. My gut led me to choose this one; price was excellent around USD $30, it was at the upscale north end of White Beach (nr. station 1) and was ACTUALLY BEACHFRONT. I was not disappointed. It's not a luxury property but the location on Boracay, at the quieter, classier...

"The Pinnacle is a fantastic hotel located at the far end of station 1 on White Beach. It’s very clean , the rooms are modern and spacious and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and food are very nice. The only downside was the poor WiFi connectivity in our room, but when you’ve got White Beach on your doorstep WiFi is a minor niggle!! "

"All crew members and staff are very courteous, hotel is very clean. They made sure that we are comfortable with our stay. We have an early check out scheduled and they even prepared our breakfast to take with us during our flight. John is very helpful, to assist us on our daily activities in Boracay. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back for sure in the future travel. "
