"Very large rooms. Decor was nice. Beautiful old hotel in a very convenient location to restaurants and transport. The mattress on the bed was a little lumpy but overall a nice stay. Breakfast and the staff were terrific. Lots of choices and quality food. Staff give old fashioned impeccable service. We would definitely stay there again."

"Excellent location, right in the heart of Palermo with shops and restaurants just outside. The breakfast was excellent with an abundance of fresh options and good coffee delivered to the room. We had a couple of issues with our room but the hosts were very responsive and eager to sort, and they also provided phone charger/adapter. We were on the top floor, so no good for people with mobility issues. It's a great choice for central location."

"Stayed end of June. Perfect location! Hotel was very comfortable and clean. Breakfasts were also very good. The staff were all so nice. Andrea was the best-so helpful in giving us restaurant and travel recommendations. Such a nice, pleasant guy!!!"

"Perfect place at good price, all benefits of highest price hotels, as far as the room and hotel go. Noise reduction frames on the windows that work perfectly but you can choose to leave open or close, blackout fitted to frames and always on air conditioning. Very high standards that are not so common even in more expensive places. Although there is no bar nor restaurant but there is a lovely breakfast room for guests who want to order breakfast. In-house bar and restaurant are not needed nor of any benefit, as you are just around the corner from the busiest cafe, restaurant street in Palermo. And a proper hotel reception, 24 hrs, Thun famous ceramics shop just on way to central Palermo, you can walk to central Palmero in 10 to 15 minutes, well worth dropping by. A uniquely Sicilian Trend gear, T Shirts, hats etc. shop is just near the book shops, also a must. Both in strolling distance from the Hotel."
