"Modern accommodation in an ideal location. Within a few steps you’re on Via Maqueda, a lively street with many restaurants and shops. Incredibly walkable but be advised the surrounding streets are cobble/stone in case you are wheeling luggage’s or requesting a ride share. It may be that you need to walk to the nearest street. "We had a very nice stay for a 1-night break in Palermo. The location is perfect—walking distance to everything in the historic centre. The staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was exceptional; however, it would have been helpful to know in advance that menu items need to be selected before arriving in the morning in breakfast room. Once we sat down, the quality was top-tier. A beautiful boutique experience overall!"

"This property is centrally located in Palermo old town, walking distance to most of sites. The rooms are cleaned everyday and the building is securely managed. What most impressive is manager who is accommodating and spends a lot of time in the property, answering questions and giving suggestions. "Fantastic rooms with balconies overlooking the main street in Palermo. The room and facilites were very clean, coffee, tea and pastries offered complimentry in a communal area. If driving into the city a permit is required for the ZTL Zone, this was arranged free of charge by the hotel. Street parking in blue bays only €1 per hour, free 8pm - 8am and free 2pm - 4pm if a parking spot is available, we got lucky and parked directly below the property for 3 days. "For being in a high traffic area, we could not hear anything from outside. The luggage lift to get our very heavy bags up to the third floor was brilliant. And the staff was extremely prepared to help us navigate checkin and checkout."

"Very cute little place in the heart of historic Palermo. Family run and everybody was so lovely a small hiccup with our room, but it got resolved by giving us access to the rooftop patio. The breakfast was wonderful that was included with our stay and it was right in the heart of everything so perfect location loved our stay."

"The checkin process was not clearly defined. There is no check-in desk. The owner has to send you a code to get into the building via Whatsapp. Which is fine if this information is provided to you before you arrive. The location was excellent, a block from the 4 corners intersection, 3 blocks from the market, 3 blocks from the main cathedral. There were lots of restaurants in the vicinity. For those sensitive to noise, it may not be the best selection."
