"Location was great - shopping area and restaurants right at your doorstep. We stayed at the villa - there were some things that needed to be upgraded or fixed like the window sill. I would stay there again but probably stay at the boutique hotel and not the panorama suites. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful especially the porters. They carried our luggages to the villa where you have to take many steps down. We had a great welcome from Hailey. "

"I could not have dreamed of a better place to stay in Santorini! The place was magnificent but the views were breathtaking! The staff was amazing, they helped us get a driver from the airport and had someone meet us at the road to carry our bags up the steep hill and steps! "Amazing location. Rooms were beautiful. Room #5 is great for the view and the hot tub in front. Of note hot tub is only semi private and it is not allowed to use hot tub after 9 pm. This would be the only draw back. Otherwise the location was perfect. The staff was very accommodating and offered answers to all of our questions. Continental breakfast served privately every day.
